The open house will feature a meet and greet with ACA representatives, information about the program and a tour of the kitchen.

ACA’s Culinary Arts Training Program offers hands-on courses that focus on the mastery of cooking principles and practical techniques for those interested in enhancing their culinary prowess. • ServSafe Certification
  • Master cooking techniques, short order and pantry skills
  • Bread baking, pie making, cake decorating and plated desserts
  • Stocks, soups and sauces
  • Time management and organizational skills

Restaurateurs can sponsor a promising employee with a scholarship for the program, or interested students can apply through their county One-Stop Career Center for financial assistance.

Classes begin Monday, Sept. 30, at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike; and Monday, Nov. 18 at the Cape May County Campus.
