Atlantic Cape to Offer More Than 20 Summer Courses at CMCC; Open Registration Begins April 22

Atlantic Cape Community College is offering a variety of credit classes this summer at its Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, in Cape May Court House. Some courses include:

Summer Session One, May 28-July 3: Biology of Our World, Human Anatomy Physiology I, Intro to Computers, Public Speaking, Western World I, Intro to Algebra I-Prealgebra, Introduction to Algebra II, College Algebra, Statistical Methods and Elementary Spanish I.

Summer Session Two, July 1-Aug. 22: Student Success Seminar, Psychology of Exceptionality, Reading/Writing II, General Psychology and Principles of Sociology.

Summer Session Three, July 15-Aug. 22: Human Anatomy Physiology II, Western World II, Intro to Algebra I-Prealgebra, Introduction to Algebra II and Precalculus.

Registration hours are weekdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with extended hours to 6:30 p.m., April 15-18 and April 22. Registration begins:

  • April 15 for students with at least 48 credits
  • April 16 for students with at least 32 credits
  • April 17 for students with at least 17 credits
  • April 18 and 19 for returning students
  • April 22 for all students (open registration)

Financial aid is available to eligible students. Students can visit www.atlantic.edu/finaid to apply.

For students who wish to continue their studies beyond the associate degree, Atlantic Cape offers dual admission programs with The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Rutgers and Fairleigh Dickinson universities.

With locations close to home, students can start at Atlantic Cape and finish at Stockton, Rutgers or Fairleigh Dickinson. Atlantic Cape’s associate degree also is transferable upon acceptance at all public four-year colleges in New Jersey, and the college has more than 35 articulation/transfer agreements with four-year colleges and universities across the country.
