ACCC Offers Free Customer Service Training Workshops
May 19, 2006Learn how you can provide your customers extraordinary service through two free workshops presented by Atlantic Cape Community College. The workshops are a Seashore Customer Service training initiative presented by ACCC’s Institute for Service Excellence.
The one-day Service Leadership Training workshop is aimed at small and medium business owners and managers who want to learn the necessities of pampering guests and how to create a business culture that supports exceptional service. Participants will learn the strategies to help inspire, motivate, train and hold line service staff accountable for “extra” ordinary service. Front line workers can receive training in the key ingredients of exceptional service during the half-day session.
“Our Seashore Customer Service Training has consistently received high marks on the evaluations from the participants,” said Carol Drea, director of corporate training.
A 2004 New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority survey found today’s travelers expect the “extra” ordinary, including activities, destination authenticity and pampering services.
