Academy of Culinary Arts Celebrates 30th Anniversary with Organic Greenhouse Dinners

As part of its 30th anniversary celebration, the Academy of Culinary Arts will host two organic greenhouse dinners this spring, 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, and Monday, April 16, in Atlantic Cape Community College’s Organic Greenhouse, located adjacent to A-Building, on the Mays Landing Campus.

The dinners will be the epitome of farm-to-table dining as ingredients for the dishes will be planted and harvested in the college’s Organic Greenhouse, and cooked and served by ACA’s talented students. The menu includes organically grown items, responsibly harvested seafood and free-range poultry.

Guests will be seated inside the Organic Greenhouse and reservations are limited to the first 20 guests. Tickets are $75. RSVP to Careme’s Restaurant at (609) 343-4940. Proceeds will benefit the greenhouse.
