Region's Top Restaurants to Participate in March 31 Restaurant Gala

The Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala’s 28th annual dining extravaganza will feature original dishes from more than 35 of the area’s best restaurants. With the theme “Putting on the Glitz: Eat, Drink and Be Dazzled,” the 2011 Gala will feature a Roaring Twenties theme and delectable dishes from a variety of restaurants at the March 31 event at Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel and Casino.

The annual event celebrates food with hors d’oeuvres prepared by students at the Academy of Culinary Arts and the house specialties of area restaurants served at a progressive dining experience. An elegant dessert reception, headed by Master Pastry Chef Eugen Ess of Trump Taj Mahal, will complete the night’s events.

Participating restaurants include:Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort—Ono Pan Asian Bistro & Bar, Bally’s Atlantic City, Buddakan, Caesars Atlantic City, Carmine’s, Chelsea Prime, The Continental, Deauville Inn, Ebbitt Room, Girasole Ristorante & Lounge, Harrah’s Atlantic City, Harrah’s Chester–Cove at Riverview, Il Mulino New York Atlantic City, Italian Gourmet, Linwood Country Club, Luke Palladino, Mama Mia’s Ristorante & Catering, Manna, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, and Morton’s The Steakhouse.

Also featured are: Palm Restaurant, Ram’s Head Inn, Renault Winery Resort & Golf, Resorts Atlantic City—Capriccio Restaurant, Scannicchio’s, Sheraton Atlantic City, Showboat Atlantic City, The Smithville Inn, Sofia, Steve and Cookie’s By the Bay, Tropicana Casino and Resort–Fin, Trump Entertainment Resorts, Redding’s Restaurant, Washington Inn and the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor.
