“Flexibility of the menu in Careme’s allows the students to work with current trends in the food industry, which include popular cuisines, ethnic specialties and contemporary concepts,” said Chef Kelly McClay, dean of the Academy of Culinary Arts. “In response to sustainability, organics and local sourcing, students have been preparing and serving healthy menus as well as vegan event menus, in response to customer demand.”
Careme’s Restaurant is located in M-Building on the Mays Landing campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike. Learn more about the ACA’s gourmet restaurant at www.atlantic.edu/aca, or call (609) 343-4940 to make reservations for your next event.
