Atlantic Cape Review Awarded for Journalistic Excellence

The Atlantic Cape Review, Atlantic Cape Community College’s student-run publication, has been recognized for journalistic excellence by the New Jersey Collegiate Press Association’s College Newspaper Contest.
Three Atlantic Cape Review staff members captured awards in the two-year college circulation division.
Anne Kemp of Egg Harbor Township, editor-in-chief, took second place in Layout and Design for two spreads in the December 2009 and February 2010 editions. Staff writer and Cape May correspondent Madison Russ of Ocean City won third place for “Cape May Campus ID Policy.” Contributing writer Paul Venesz of Longport won third place in the Biography/Personality Profile category for “She’s the Student Voice.” Winners will receive a certificate of accomplishment from the New Jersey Collegiate Press Association.
The Atlantic Cape Review is published on a monthly basis during the academic year, October through May.
