Team Travel

4 p.m. – Initial team meeting at Sheraton Hotel, Ambassador Room (get acquainted, review assignments)

6 p.m. – Atlantic Cape’s Get Acquainted Program at Sheraton Pearl Hall 4-5

8:30 p.m. – Opening team work session at Sheraton, Ambassador Room

 

MONDAY, MARCH 27, 2006

8:15 a.m. – Leave Sheraton via Atlantic Cape shuttle

 Interviews and visits scheduled by team members throughout the day

9-9:45 a.m. – Team meeting with Steering Committee, Mays Landing Campus, Room M-129

11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.–Team lunch served on Mays Landing Campus, Faculty Dining Room

12:30-1:30 p.m. - Team meeting with group of students, Mays Landing Campus

                           J Building, Cafeteria B

1:45-3:15 p.m.–Team meeting with faculty (Department Chairs excused)

                      Mays Landing Campus

4:30 p.m. – Atlantic Cape shuttle returns team to Sheraton

6 p.m. – Walk to Dinner at Sheraton’s Tun Tavern

11:30-1:30- Lunch served on Mays Landing Campus, Faculty Dining Room

1 p.m.- Evaluation team members Dr. Adams and Dr. Ross travel to the Cape May County

             Campus.

1 p.m. – Team chair, Dr. Elaine Ryan, meets with President, in President’s office,

                     Mays Landing Campus

                     J Building, Room J-248 (status report on progress of visit)

2:15-3:30 p.m. – Open meeting with team and various Atlantic Cape personnel

                         (Senior Staff excused)

                     Mays Landing Campus, Walter Edge Theater

                    (ITV broadcast to Atlantic City center and Cape May County campus)

4:30 p.m. – Atlantic Cape shuttle returns team to Sheraton

6 p.m. – Atlantic Cape shuttle to Dinner at Angelo’s Fairmount Tavern

7:30 p.m. – Team meeting at Sheraton, Ambassador Room

                    (review major findings, reach consensus, write reports)

 

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29, 2006

7 a.m. – Team members finish report writing and give report to chair

9:30 a.m. – Team meeting to review report, Ambassador Room

10:30 a.m. –Team leaves Sheratonm via Atlantic Cape shuttle

11 a.m. – Team chair briefs President (President’s office), J 248

11:30 a.m. – Oral exit summary for all college personnel, Mays Landing Campus,

                     Cafeteria B (ITV broadcast to Atlantic City center and Cape May County

                                       campus)
